1962 Chevy Biscayne

The first time I saw Jerry's 1962 Biscayne was a few years ago, it was sitting sideways across the back wall of his garage with the front end removed.  When I saw it the next time it was ready for paint, then with the motor in and painted it was starting to look pretty sweet!  I think it's the straightest '62 Biscayne I've ever seen.  Next came all the trim and bumpers and by this time I couldn't wait to see the car out in the sunlight.  The next time I saw the car the last piece of the interior, the headliner, was being installed and the wheels and tires were installed.  One of the many features and the coolest is this Biscayne's louvered hood.  Jerry said the louvers were punched over 20 years ago.  

I first saw the finished car in the sunlight  at the 2006 Ice Cream Festival Car Show in Utica Ohio.  The car slam-dunked the Super Chevy Show at National Trail Raceway with a First in Class and a Best Overall.  It also took one of the 6 foot trophies at Lite The Nite in Newark. So a big wrenches up on a job well done by Jerry Snoor.
