The Bourne Ultimatum

This is the 3rd installment of the Bourne movies, and is easily as good, if not better then the first.  The movie is packed with non-stop action, plot twists and intrigue.  The base line plot is of our superspy/assassin, Jason Bourne, searching for his real identity and uncovering the CIA’s top-secret “Blackbriar” program.   A program so secretive and dangerous that the government would kill anyone to keep it hidden.

I give HUGH props to director Paul Greengrass for his documentary style shooting in the this film.  The car chase scenes are like nothing I’ve ever seen.  You almost feel every bump and crash along with Bourne.  If you would have told me that 2 guys chasing each other or mopeds with look tough, I would have called you a liar.  But again, this movie pulls it off.  I absolutely loved the alternative weapons used in this movie too.  I’ll never look at a towel or book the same way again.

I highly recommend this movie to any high action, political drama junkies out there.  You won’t be disappointed, but please see the other 2 first.  Trust, you will be lost if you don’t.

I give this movie an A (for Action packed!)
